Reporting through to the Business Transformation Manager, this role is a key position within our business transformation program and works as part of a multidisciplinary team, to ensure fit for purpose solutions for the organisation. Specifically the role will review and evaluate existing systems and business processes, develop data definition in line with standards, manage systems and data reporting, user acceptance testing, data migration, training and go-live support.
Reporting through to the Business Transformation Manager, this role is a key position within our business transformation program and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure fit for purpose solutions for the organisation. Specifically the role will assist in the provision of external communication to a range of stakeholders and some aspects of internal communications to staff. These activities will include the development and co-ordiantion of general communication, various media activities, website content, support with change programs, training materials and logistics. All activities will be designed to strengthen public, client and sector awareness of DVConnect.
This role is a key position within DVConnect’s business transformation program. Specifically the role will manage ICT investigation (software and hardware including but not limited to the client/case management and telephony systems) provide advice, procurement, vendor and delivery management as well as undertaking technical aspects of testing, installation, go-live, data migration, cutover, backout and decommissioning. The successful applicant will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure fit for purpose solutions for the organisation.
Womensline Crisis Counsellor
Due to some internal movements, we have outstanding opportunities for professional, motivated and friendly staff to fill a number of shifts (day, afternoon and evening) to complement our existing Crisis Intervention team. We are a dynamic and fast-paced organisation and the key activities of these roles are being the primary point of contact for the majority of our callers; providing crisis counselling and intervention support including safety planning and advocating for our clients to access appropriate support and referral pathways. The role will work across all our services, including the statewide sexual assault helpline.

Specialist Trauma Counsellor
To work as part of a telephone and online counselling team providing highly specialised services to those whose lives have been impacted by domestic and family violence and/or sexual assault. The positions will be working within an established national framework based on the knowledge of best practice principles and requires the highest level of professionalism, ethical behaviour and compassion.
