Today is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against women.  It is also known as White Ribbon Day and a day that is acknowledged around the world since the execution of 14 female engineering students in Canada in 1989.  A male led campaign led to White Ribbon Day and it is the day the DVConnect Mensline leads the awareness raising on behalf of DVConnect.

Today DVConnect attended the White Ribbon breakfast hosted by the Premier of Queensland Annastacia Palaszczuk at the Convention Centre along with 500 other guests.
